9. Character changing only allowed once a month. Be faithful.

UNVERIFY.
1. NOT active after 2 days you're accepted.
2. NOT doing any interactions with the members for 3 days.
3. Breaking our rules will get a warn but if you're breaking our rules for 3 times, sorry. You're kicked.
4. Selling or changing character without telling the base.
